Remove the unused
Incidentcreation/status bridge, its analytics events, and the legacyIncident-to-notification context constructors after the production call sites have been disconnected. RetainIncidentGroupOpenPeriodas a historical identifier lookup and keep the compatibility enums, payload serializers, redirect endpoint, and live detector/query helpers.
