Metric issue ingestion and status changes still create and update native
Incidentrows. Replace obsolete bridge-creation tests with modern activation regressions. Stop the bridge at ingestion, priority changes, group resolution/reopening, API resolution, and age-based resolution while preserving modern open periods, activity, eventstream delivery, and status syncs.Incidentdeletion now preserves historical identifier mappings and their open periods. New unmapped periods use the existing synthetic-ID fallback; existing mapped periods retain their identifiers. Keep subscription FK nulling and legacy parent deletion handling until the model-retirement migration removes the constraints.
