Signed URL uploads take named options, a throwing progress callback fails the upload without a retry, only the latest attempt reports progress, and a ranged download answered with the whole file throws.

- Line 14: Update the `Stream.fromIterable` construction to use a lazy iterable
that creates each `sublist` only as the output stream consumes it, rather than
eagerly building a list of all slices. Preserve the existing slice sizes and
ordering.

Closes SDK-2277.
Brings two Storage features in line with supabase-swift (supabase/supabase-swift#1529 and supabase/supabase-swift#1531), following the draft
transfer_progressanddownload_as_streamspecs in supabase/sdk.Upload progress
Every upload method (
upload, uploadBinary, uploadStream, update, updateBinary, updateStream, uploadToSignedUrl,uploadBinaryToSignedUrl,uploadStreamToSignedUrl) takes anonProgresscallback of the new typeUploadProgressCallback, called with the bytes sent so far and the total.contentLength. It isnullfor a stream without a length.Uint8Listreports more than once. The slicing thatIdleTimeoutalready did moved to a sharedsliceRequestBodyinsupabase_common, which both use.(0, 0)once.0with the same total before it sends the body again, but only when an earlier attempt had reported anything.StorageTransportException.On the web the browser takes the whole body at once, so progress reaches the total right away. The dartdoc says so.
Byte-range downloads
downloadanddownloadStreamtake arangeof the new typeByteRange(start, [end]), sent asRange: bytes=start-end. Both offsets are zero-based and inclusive. Without anendthe range runs to the end of the file.startor anendbeforestartthrows aRangeErrorbefore any request is sent.ArgumentErrorbefore any request is sent.StorageException. Neither method exposes the status, so returning the whole file would let a caller that resumes a download append it to what it already has. This is stricter than the draft spec, which returns such a response as it is together with its status.Breaking change
uploadToSignedUrlanduploadBinaryToSignedUrltook their options as optional positional parameters. They are named now, like on every other upload method, so passingonProgressdoes not mean passingnullforretryOptionsandabortSignal.MIGRATION.mdhas a section for it.Not in this PR
