ohemilyy/README.md
Luna, UI/UX designer and fullstack engineer. I design interfaces, animate them, and build the backends and Linux infrastructure they run on. she/her, based in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

About me

Trans girl, lifelong IT obsessive, and space nerd. I have been in Minecraft since it launched and turned it into a career, building server infrastructure since the early 2020s. My background is Linux infrastructure, distributed systems, and DevOps, and I design and animate the interfaces that sit on top of it. Right now I'm COO at Sona Interactive, the studio behind Clover Client, where I also own the backend and REST API.

What I do

Interface design: product flows and design systems on a strict 8pt grid, shown as a card component with spacing specs and a cursor pressing its button. Fullstack engineering: services and APIs in Go, Rust, TypeScript, and Kotlin, shown as a request traveling from web to api to db and back. Motion: UI transitions and motion graphics in CSS, GSAP, and Blender, shown as an easing curve with a dot tracing it and a block moving in sync.
