The buildx GHA cache keeps pointing at an evicted blob, so builds fail with BlobNotFound on COPY even with a fresh cache scope. Build without the cache in nightly and release; an uncached multi-arch build fits in the timeout.

The nightly workflow has failed every day since Sep 12 at
COPY . .withBlobNotFound(404): the buildx GHA cache references an evicted blob, so:nightlyon ghcr has gone stale. A fresh cache scope only helped once; thenext run hit the same missing blob.
release.ymluses the same cache andwould fail on the next tag too.
This removes the GHA cache from both workflows. An uncached multi-arch build
takes about 10-12 minutes, within the 20-minute timeout.
