Adds a "Fikra API (OpenAI-compatible)" section to the models guide notebook, placed between the Ollama and Gemini sections. It follows the guide's structure for OpenAI-compatible endpoints:
OpenAIChatCompletionClientwithbase_url=https://api.fikraapi.co.ke/v1, explicitmodel_info(function calling on, vision off, JSON output on), and a runnableawait client.create(...)example withdeepseek-v4.1-flash.Fikra API (https://fikraapi.co.ke) is an OpenAI-compatible inference endpoint serving open-weight models, DeepSeek first. The endpoint's Chat Completions whitelist includes
