Description

Update the existing Remotion external plugin listing from 4.0.534 to 4.0.536 so Copilot users receive the latest released Remotion skills.

Pin remotion-dev/cursor-plugin to the immutable v4.0.536 commit and regenerate .github/plugin/marketplace.json.

This updates the previously approved listing from #2890.
