Rasterized only public/mcp-icons/power-bi.svg from github/github-app at 26f6444fb6602932e32f5b1ac8c587ba4e84eaf4 to a transparent 512x512 PNG, preserving the full viewBox without cropping. The contributing maintainer explicitly approved public redistribution and SVG-to-PNG conversion; no third-party license is asserted. Add the existing approved Web Design Guidelines asset declaration and the newly approved Power BI PNG declaration. Pin both public asset URLs and record explicit redistribution approval and SHA-256 digests. Regenerate with the existing generator against the checked-in registry snapshot because the live endpoint rejects its own pagination cursor; only the two intended icon metadata fields change. Related to github/copilot-ecosystem#1624. Service delivery remains separate in github/copilot-ecosystem#1625 and github/agentfinder#575.
