Summary
Sets ADR-0013 (Proposed) to Superseded by core ADR-0055, never accepted, and adds a short note. Docs only; no code change.
Why supersede, not narrow and accept
reconcile-productionis fixed totrixie.frostyard/apt-publisherthe only Debian writer. It rejects "Repogen as the single writer" outright. So the decision that ADR-0013 records will not be carried out in Repogen.generatekeeps every format and unsigned output, and its output is not a production artifact. That needs no new decision. Accepting it would only add an ADR to maintain.publish-to-r2, not through the ADR-0013 path.Changes
docs/adr/0013-…md: Status →Superseded by core ADR-0055 (never accepted), plus a dated note that says what still holds. The original text stays unchanged as the record.docs/README.md: the index line for ADR-0013 now says it is superseded.docs/design/overview.md: the "Planned Frostyard Production Boundary" paragraph no longer calls ADR-0013 "proposed". It says that Plan 0001 is superseded for Debian publication, whichdocs/plans/0001already states. Not in this PR (follow-up, Brian's call)
The R2–R10 production code stays in the tree and stays tested:
validate-production,reconcile-production(CLI and composite action),internal/production, the Debian production transaction, andinternal/objectstore/r2. It no longer has a Frostyard caller. Removing it is a separate decision and a separate PR. Accepted ADR-0014 anddocs/specs/production-r2-reconciliation.mdstill link to ADR-0013; the links resolve, and the ADR now explains its status.Checks
node scripts/check-docs.mjs: pass (23 docs, 232 links, 9 symlinks).grepover*_test.go).Risk
Tier 1: documentation and ADR status only, with no behaviour change. Rollback: revert.
