Add the navigation tree and 33 pages for installation, reference architectures, administration, and upgrades. Write the introduction and health-check guidance; mark the remaining pages as under construction. Include the generated agent index and liveness vocabulary. Adds the FloxHub on-prem navigation tree and 33 pages. The introduction and health-check page contain guidance; the other 31 pages are marked under construction. Includes the release/version wording and activation-variable corrections.
