Prepare the v1.12.2rc1 candidate from master. The existing
changes/+view-catalog-plan-reuse.misc.mdfragment supplies the RC notes; fragments remain in place for a prerelease.The lockfile now resolves dbt Core 1.12.6 without raising the adapter's supported minimum. Dependabot uses the supported
uvecosystem withversioning-strategy: increase, so direct dependency updates raise declared TOML minimums; the lockfile remains necessary for resolved versions, and transitive-only updates may still be lockfile-only. The catalog-plan test note now reflects SQL Server DMV permissions by server version.Verification
