This patch releases @aws/durable-execution-sdk-js 2.7.1 and @aws/durable-execution-sdk-js-otel 1.2.1 with the durable operation telemetry fixes from #960. Upgrade both packages to receive the complete fix. The testing package remains at 1.3.1.

What's Changed

• fix(sdk): omit checkpoint-derived operation error metadata when the service supplies no defined diagnostic values. Instrumentation can use the operation status to identify failures without manufacturing exception details. Caller-facing callback and invoke failures, checkpoint data, and operation identity are preserved, by @​zhongkechen in #960.

What's Changed

• fix(otel): report FAILED, TIMED_OUT, and STOPPED operations as ERROR in both tracing views, including resumed operations and failures caught by a handler, even when the service supplies no error details. Exception events still require actual error details, by @​zhongkechen in #960.
• fix(otel): preserve parent span identity and completion notifications received during invocation-end flushing, finalize children and their parent together, and export the final batch within the remaining flush budget, by @​zhongkechen in #960.
• fix(otel): flush the default global provider's public SDK delegate and bound asynchronous provider waiting with flushTimeoutMillis (default 1000 ms) across all invocation-end flush rounds. Explicit providers remain application-owned, by @​zhongkechen in #960.
• fix(otel): use a known backend completion time as a zero-duration fallback when an execution-view operation has no recorded start, by @​zhongkechen in #960.

The flush budget does not cancel in-flight export requests or guarantee delivery after timeout or runtime freezing. Exporters remain responsible for transport timeouts. Existing supported core peer versions remain unchanged; use core 2.7.1 for the matching error-metadata correction.
