Change Repository.psd1 to ModuleName.psd1 + Prerelease Tag#4

When deploying the module using the push task it is shown in the deployment as Repository, with only the high level version part.
We should change the name of the PSD1 to be ModuleName.psd1 and the prerelease tag should be added.

At the same time, we should pick the module description.
