ci: link GitHub releases with versioning - #7

Publish semver Docker tags (X.Y.Z, X.Y, X, latest) from GitHub releases, edge/sha-<short> tags from main, and stop pushing images for PRs — same scheme as dockerify-android. Document it in the README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
