Add a manual Production release runbook to AGENTS.md for the existing frontend and API Vercel projects. Describe clean merged-main source selection, project linking, API-first deployment, shared build identity, stable-origin browser checks, and the unresolved Git integration. Record verification in William's existing Vercel task without closing its blocked Git-connection card. Documentation only: setup, 393 backend tests, 209 plus 25 frontend tests, six board tests, frontend build, CLI help and project inspection passed; runtime source identity is unchanged.
