Mark the third-room Kanban card done, move William's matching TODO entry to the completed log, and record the production API/frontend deployment IDs, runtime identity, asset checks, browser evidence, tests, and remaining automatic-deployment limitation in the existing indexed release guide. The release uses merged source commit 0e7e7c6. A subsequent documentation-only main merge retained runtime identity 1ff59315b695d95c2f0582df91af8f7c59beb5d912e32b801db8e5b93ecc14ac, which matched both public artifacts. The board test suite passed 6 tests. This commit changes only tracking and documentation; no runtime rebuild is required to serve it.
