fix: 日程通知开启卡顿 + 类别口径重排 + 面板高度 CSS 封顶 + 工具栏恢复原状 - #22

- 开启通知: 不 await Notification.requestPermission——浏览器权限气泡期间 await 挂着、勾选框不动，用户没注意到气泡时像卡死（关闭不弹权限所以秒回）。 勾选立即回显，权限结果由通知触发时再查 - 类别清单 13→12 并重排: 深渊讨伐战/新斗技场/公会战/活动/扭蛋/庆典/ 免费十连/赛马/季卡/驾车游/特别地下城/次元断层 - 女神祭并入季卡（原从活动拆出的前端口径改向）；季卡/驾车游恢复为独立类别 - loadSchedulePrefs 迁移旧存档: 女神祭→季卡、季卡驾车游→季卡+驾车游， 已勾选项不静默失效
面板从工具栏按钮下方展开，起点偏下时固定 70vh 上限会超出窗口底 （70vh 只看视口比例不看面板起点）。打开时量按钮底到窗口底的剩余 空间，与 70vh 取小；超出部分照旧走面板内滚动条

onClick 测量有两个天生缺陷：开面板首帧仍用旧值、窗口/滚动变化不重测。 zag popper 本就在 positioner 上实时维护 --available-height，自定义属性 随子元素继承，Content 直接 min(70vh, var(--available-height, 70vh))， 任意窗口尺寸/滚动位置下都不会超出视口

1. 「开启通知」勾选卡顿修复
首次开启时
await Notification.requestPermission()会挂起勾选回显直到用户响应浏览器权限气泡（气泡在地址栏旁易被忽略，看起来像卡死；关闭不弹权限所以秒回）。改为不 await：勾选立即回显，
权限请求异步跟随，权限结果由通知触发时再查（未授权走 console 降级）。
2. 日程通知类别口径调整（用户裁决）
loadSchedulePrefs迁移旧存档：女神祭→季卡、季卡驾车游→季卡+驾车游，已勾选项不静默失效3. 面板高度 CSS 封顶
面板从工具栏按钮下方展开，固定 70vh 上限在起点偏下时会超出窗口底、把页面顶出滚动条。
zag popper 本就在 positioner 上实时维护
--available-height，Content 直接max-height: min(70vh, var(--available-height, 70vh))——纯 CSS，窗口缩放/滚动实时跟随，无 JS 失效时机。超出部分照旧走面板内滚动条。400px 极端窗口与常规窗口均实测无溢出。
4. 工具栏恢复原状
移除此前误恢复的「批量运行」工具栏按钮
