Role and Profile UI #295

Minor UI changes to each interface based on the account's role.

Part 1:
Currently, all staff accounts say "Staff Portal" and all Partner accounts say "Partner Portal" on the Nav bar.
Add a "Admin Portal" text option for staff accounts that also have the isSuper role (i.e. they are a super admin).

Part 2:
To make the current logged in account easier to see, implement the design below right, displaying the account's first and last name. Put this right above the Profile button. This will inevitably cause some text overflow cases for longer usernames. In such cases, use two rows (maximum 3 rows) for their names. Be sure the styling fits the style of the rest of the nav bar.
Note: For partner portals, use Site Name instead of First and Last Name.
