Fixes #2185.
DbWrappedReader.DisposeAsync()previously disposed only the underlying reader, leaving the associated command undisposed when callers usedawait usingwithExecuteReaderAsync. This adds async cleanup parity with synchronous disposal and a fakeDb regression test that verifies the command is disposed.
