This project is meant for people working on the Rust Project infrastructure, such as Rust Foundation employees. We don't accept contributions for features we won't use. Given the specific nature of this project, we recommend forking it. That said, we are happy to accept suggestions and review contributions!
There is no Contributor License Agreement to sign to contribute this project. Your contribution will be covered by the licenses granted for this repository. In other words, your contribution will be licensed to the Foundation and all downstream users under those licenses. You can read more in the Foundation's intellectual property policy.
